Web Team Workspace
A form board is a specialized bulletin board designed for applications and registrations. It permits submissions from non-members, allowing users only to complete and submit application forms.
Please note that administrators cannot post replies or comments on this board, as its sole function is to receive applications.
If you require a board dedicated to members’ questions and answers, it is recommended to use the Q&A board.
Adding a Form Board
1. In the Editor (Edit mode ON), go to Blocks → Form.
2. Drag the desired form board into the editor.
3. Enter a name → Click Confirm
4. The form board block has been successfully inserted.
   Please note that the board displayed on the screen is a temporary (dummy) view and has not yet been finalized.
   To properly apply the board, you must click the Save button located at the top right.
   If you exit without saving, the board will not be added to your site.
Note:
Form boards also appear in Admin > Board Management for configuration.
You can adjust form fields, terms & conditions, and other settings in Site Management.
