Whenever a new post is added to the bulletin board, administrators can automatically receive email notifications.
This enables real-time monitoring of bulletin board activity, facilitating prompt responses and fostering an active community.
Getting Email Alerts for new posts
1. To access the admin page, click the "Site Management" button for the site that requires administrator access.
2. Click “Bulletin Board” in the left menu to view all bulletin boards currently added to the website.
3. Click the "settings" of the board for which you want to receive notifications. This will take you to a page where you can update the board’s basic information and settings.
4. Enable New Post Alerts enter recipient emails (use commas , to separate multiple addresses) → click "Confirm"
5. Now when a new post is created on the bulletin board, a notification email will be sent to the email address you provided.
Note!
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
